I must confess I am a bit taken back by something I see from time to time at yard sales and the like: Family photos inside frames, lockets and such that are for sale. Maybe it is just me that finds that a bit odd but maybe it is a way for memories to live on.
Some may see a rock shelf but as it waits for the rain I see a waterfall in waiting.
Monday, yes how I love thee, not, but it seems that nature does not allow a Mundane Monday.
On this my 400th post I choose to reintroduce The Boy. Cute, no? Why yes his is, and he knows it, but The Bride and I love the way he loves us (read: wraps us around his little paws).
I wanted to try my hand at this weeks Photo Challenge: Focus. With my Olympus SP-350 in hand, I took walkabout on our place, searching for tiny treasures. Here three attempts at this week photo challenge.
Once again I have hit a dry spell of new captures. This time it is due to the season opening play at our local Playhouse. Our playhouse rocks, and after a rocky season for The Bride and I, it was good to see a great start to a potentially great season. As many legs were broken on stage and the night…uh, early morning arrived , I had to once again dip into the way-back-files. Here is a capture of several pollinators getting topped off for the road. Welcome to the thistle stop filling station!
Busy work day + Long work day= Thankful to have a job! Though I was unable to take advantage of any new photo ops, I grabbed one from the way-back file. Enjoy!
