The Bride and I are heading out to the Farmers Market then to my folks house later today. So here is one more till the next time!

A Duck At Dusk
For those who follow me, both of you, I hope my lack of variety in my subject matter does not drive you away. Life has presented me with very few photo ops so I am revisiting some ducks pics I took with my now deceased PowerShot S3is. I have compared them with the ones I took this past weekend with my sister-in-law’s Nikon D40. I like both series of shots equally but I decide to show this one. It is an untouched photo shot at dusk taken with the PowerShot S3is. Enjoy my friends, both off you!
Nailed It!
Two More No Less
I am on a little bit of a “shooting into the sun” journey right now. I do not believe it is in response to some inwardly morphing of my self awareness because I dive too deeply into the shallow well for that. It is something I find to be cool. Enjoy!

Blue Skies For You
Two Into The Sun
As The Bride took a moment at the lake yesterday something became quickly apparent: I realized getting good shots with a favorable sun and angles was going to be tough. Why? Because families were out feeding the ducks and such and that meant they moved from where I have had some good conditions before. This is not a real problem because it is nice to see parents and their children doing something together! So here is two into the sun. Enjoy!
Taking A Moment At The Lake
The Bride and I took a little walkabout at the lake this evening. It was a nice break from the going on’s in our lives at this juncture. One of the many things I love about her is she encourages and supports my photography habit. Well that is up to the point of spending dollars we do not have at this moment on a new camera! But alas all is not lost since my sister-in-law lets me borrow her Nikon D40. The following shots are from that walk with The Bride. Enjoy!

How Do You Dew
As The Boy and I took our morning stroll, in search of the perfect poo”spot”, I noticed that dew was gracing all natures wonders this fine morning. After his business was completed we went back inside and I grabbed my Sp350 and pops FinePix S700.The hope was to get several shots with the morning sun dancing across or draping the morning dew draped landscape. Here are a few of the Dew as I see it. (As an aside to clear up any confusion The Boy is my little buddy Ficus, a Corgi, not a real boy. Upon reflection it is now past his bath time, due to an unexpected surgery, and he smells like a teenage boy so there are some similarities!)

Good Enough
I am usually happy with most of my photos but I have struggled with my “stuff” since I started using my pops FujiFilm FinePix S700. Added to the learning curve of an unfamiliar camera is a few more health issues within the Family. My mother-in-law has been sick and has been hospitalized for several days now. It just keeps getting better and better I tell you.
As I make small but important times of quite, I also try to squeeze in a few shots here and there as well. As I look through my stuff and gather a few to post I have made the following observations:(1) I have less to choose from since my time has been limited and I take just a hand full of shots each time. (2) They are not very good and (3) I am o.k. with that. We do not always get what we want but I have learned to enjoy what I have been given, within the space and time I have, and to find the joy in it. It really is good enough.
Two From The Coming Fall
This week I took several shots I was hoping to post on this blog. As I was perusing those few worth (read: those I got lucky on) photos I choose these two pictures. As I did so something seemed off until a little bell awakened me: These two photos look as if I took them in the Fall not in the Summer. Weird but beautiful for I am an Autumn kind of guy. Until the next time Enjoy!
