Blue Skies, How I Miss You

The sun has once again has refused to show up for work today. So I went back and found this photo of one of his better days. Enjoy!

Another Picture From My Old Tech Tools

It is hard for someone of my folks generation to think that something seven years old is old and obsolete. For those of us who were born right before or shortly after c.d.’s became the new tech, well we know how quick something becomes old and out dated. I for one love it! I bought a Nikon CoolPix 4600 for a dollar in a yard sale last year. It had a busted screen but after I took out the batteries and installed them properly it came to life. I added a SD card and fun times ensued! I took a lot of pictures with it till it gave up the electronic ghost this January. I have since bought another one off an online auction. This picture was taken September of 2011, with my old 4600,  and I just ran across it today and it reminded me of what a capable little camera the 4600 is. Enjoy!

A daisy and a very cool little spider!

Early Spring Equals……..

Shot with my Nikon Coolpix 4600. Trying a "shooting into the sun" experiment.
Shot in low light a round of rain showers left behind some light inhibiting clouds. Shot with my Canon PowerShot S3is.
Shot at the lake with my Canon PowerShot S3is.

…….more time to shot outdoors right? Well maybe not if I have to factor in the list of spring chores and unfinished projects. So I am grabbing the photo opportunities as they come. Here are several I have taken in the last week. Enjoy!
