Just in the last two or so years have I started to pay attention to pollinators. As far as I can tell the Bumblebee is just that: engrossed by the task. Most honey bees will be as engrossed as the bumblebee yet Butterflies, moths, sweat-bees and such usually skedaddle when I get very close.
