I have had two of the craziest days this weekend. The Bride is in school again and I am her lab partner or ” slave monkey and photo bug” if you wish. The great thing of on-line schooling is that which is also the worst thing: Technology! We are having issues to say the least…uh not us but with the techno-stuff.
I also have had a mechanical issue with my ride and found out today I will have to get the last little part, to finish the job, from the dealer. Oh, I also got a foreign object stuck in my eye.( I seem have a gift for this but it still stinks when it happens.) After flushing my eye for at least a half an hour, and what seems to have been divine intervention, I am object free in the eye department.I have never felt pain like that before and I am gratefully for the gift of sight.
So what to do in such a frenzied mess? Share some captures I grabbed in between the madness!
I used my SX260 on Live mode for this hand held shot last night of the Supermoon. The Fleabane are backand I am glad. I grabbed this shot as they were closing for the evening. I used my SP-350 for this one. This is a Buttonbush bud and when they bloom they are a great asset to nature. I used my SP-350 on this shot as well.I love Damselflies and this one is really cool. I used my Powershot Sx10is in this capture.I have a FujiFilm S700 my dad gave me and I used that for this shot. I by the way love taking pictures of rusty things!I took this last night using a tripod and my Powershot SX10is on full manual. I was having a issue with it being to beige and set the white balance on “florescent” and this is the result.
I am a 61 year old guy who is asking questions about life like "what does it all mean?" and " how come hair will not grow on my head but grows real fast on my ears and back?" you know the deep stuff. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for all. The rest I am still working on.

Thanks Ed! I have taken tons of shots of the moon and roughly a hand full were keepers. There is so many variables that the stars have to line up so to speak to get a good one.
Superb shots! I went out around 11 pm the other night to find the Supermoon but it was nowhere in sight. Then, I woke up at 2 am with the moon streaming light into my bedroom window. What a sight! Magnificent. Love these photos. You are capturing some lovely details!
Thanks! I am glad you liked them and yes the Moon was Magnificent here as well.
Pretty cool people all around this little Blue Marble can see and share in the experience.
