Today was a good day to get out and enjoy the wonderful Spring weather. At lunch I grabbed my camera and went for a short walk on a nearby nature trail. I had the pleasure to participate in a photo challenge this week at Paula’s place Lost In Translation. The challenge was in B&W and was titled: Low-Key. Well I was feeling very playful and took a different road to this challenge. Today I decided to use my Sony A37’s shooting mode called Soft Key which was more in line with the challenge but Paula is a gracious host and gave pass on my interpretation. Enough babbling, here are a couple from today’s walk.
Aha…More tree blossoms. Yours are lovely!!!
Thanks! I really like the special shooting modes Sony has come up with……they make me look like I know what I am doing 😉
Ha. But, you still have to choose what you shoot, when, cropping, etc. You still get credit for good shots!
And which rock to climb…..
I rely on my telephoto! Less wearing on the knees and elbows.
Beautiful!
Thanks Julie!
I love your Spirit through your words and if something here inspires you I would be pleased to let you use any of my images. Peace~John
Thanks so much John, that means a lot to hear, and I will definitely keep that in mind. 🙂 I really loved these shots of yours, especially the second one, I can’t wait until things come back in bloom here!
Have a lovely day!
Quite beautiful, nice effect!
Thanks! I decided to use Sony’s because I own a few Minolta lens and the AF lenses work with the Sony. The A37 has some really nice on-board effects and the one I used here worked out very well I think.
Peace~John
