The Moon Through An Old Lens

The Sony A3000 I own is my backup camera but it is also I camera I am learning a lot from. I decided a few months back to buy several adapters for old film lenses I own to work on the A3000. The only way to use these lenses is to shot on manual and I have to focus it manually. I shot manually on my A37 but the AF does the rest. With the A3000 that is not so and that makes me think more about what I am doing. This moon shoot (cropped for effect) is one example of how hard this can be. I took about a dozen shots using a tripod and this was the only keeper. Now the EVF (Electronic View Finder) on the Sony A3000, well it sucks and it is hard to see if you are actually in focus but you still have to get the rest setting right. So here is the moon through and old lens.
