Well it was taken by a pond and the light was the golden-laced light of dusk. I just felt compelled to find something other than the lovely blues and oranges filling the sky by the setting sun. So here is a B&W of On Golden Pond.

Interesting angle here, John. I also find it necessary to experiment and see scenes differently.

It makes me happy that you like it because I didn’t know if angling it like I did added to or distracted from the shot. It is in part a credit to you, by putting yourself “out there”and hosting photo challenges, that I have more confidence to experiment and looks at things different.
