For the next week I will be involved in a project with a local high school. As a way to settle my being and gear up for the upcoming week I went to the lake. The wind was demanding attention by its never ceasing presence. With that said, I loved every minute hanging out in nature this morning and the rest of the day with My Bride. I learned a lot about my cameras abilities, and limitations, by failing. A lot. Yet I did muster a few keepers and I am still smiling just thinking about the day. For the next week I will not promise any posts but I will try to as time allows but for the most part I will be flying low.
As long as it is a happy flight 🙂 A lovely action shot, John!
Thanks Paula! See my latest post for details and yes it was a happy flight.
Terrific shot-well done John-
and your comment about “fails” reminded me of something–according to Ansel Adams, if you have 12 good shots to show for the year, then you have accomplished something-that really keeps things in perspective for me about this whole photography thing we do-
