This old barn sets by the road I have traveled on daily for a decade and a half. It was used for a while to store farm equipment but hasn’t been used for much in many years. The old house sets by the barn but slightly closer to the road. I can imagine back when these two buildings were built the road was more than likely dirt. The old road once was the main thoroughfare through the state. In the early 1900’s it was paved, and joined with other roads, to connect the Southern States with the Urban north.
Of course it is old :), you can even post something from a few years back – it is all the matter of interpretation. I love photos of old barns, John and these two do not disappoint. Thank you very much. I hope you are feeling better every day. Best, Paula
That’s a good trace of the past 🙂
I just came from your place and in the light of the ancient walls of stone, older than my country is, I thank you for your kind comment.
Peace~ John
Many thanks to you too, John 🙂 Nice to ‘meet’…
