For this weeks Back & White Sunday challenge I wanted to stretch myself a bit. So here it goes. A little health scare the week past made me realize I have only a finite amount of time on this little Blue Marble. As I pondered that, I revisited the age-old question: Is time real, or natural for the sake of this post, or man-made? As a philosophical argument I go with man-made but when I look at the universe and all that is, has been and is theorized to be, I could argue it is natural. But truly no matter what it is, we are only here for a little while. Enjoy the time you have, be grateful always, love unconditionally and be quick to forgive (That includes ourselves) because living any other way robs us of precious, fleeting time.
The above picture I know to be within the realm of nature. I added it not as a argument for/against the above mentioned timey, whimy…. thing but I just think it looks cool. Naturally.
WordPress just told me this was my 1000th post!
Congratulations for your 1000th post, John š It’s an honour to link this original interpretation. Thank goodness it was just a scare. My best to you. Paula
Time is a God created construct for the earth. It governs the earth cycles regulating seasons, birth, growth and death. Humans use it to measure our journey back to our Creator. God is not in Time and Space, but He can certainly reveal Himself in the construct He created for all of His creation. So, John, I agree, Time sprang from the Nature of God.
