Mood Light

I have not had a good day taking snaps for sometime now. Weather, and gray days being the biggest obstacle to this fair weather photographer, have me searching else where. So where does one find inspiration? Inside a public restroom. Really I can’t make this stuff up. This light is the light inside the bathroom of one of my favorite art galleries Wild Earth Gallery. I saw an old brick wall joined with a newer drywall cover wall and both illuminated by a modern yet lantern like light and Ta Da: A Mood Light of Inspiration in the Winter desert.

Wonderful shot of lantern. I like this thing with adjustable grating. Yet, is there anything underneath? Thank you!

I do believe this was designed for looks than any real practical purpose. There is no bottom but I have no idea why there is not one.
