Most of us have either seen a roundabout either in person or on TV. So how many have seen a City Hall smack-dab in the middle of the road? Well you have now.

  1. John, I grew up in small town south of here in Todd County. The town is Elkton and we our courthouse was also smack-dab in the middle of road, in the center of town. It also had (has?) the oldest functioning courthouse clock in the state of Kentucky! Thanks for the memories.
