I am a 59 year old guy who is asking questions about life like "what does it all mean?" and " how come hair will not grow on my head but grows real fast on my ears and back?" you know the deep stuff. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for all. The rest I am still working on.

The bread looks interesting ! … we have similar looking bread here that called Chanay bread whis is usually enjoyed with beef curry. Thank you for sharing this picture.
You are very welcome!
It is a simple bread of wheat flour, water, olive oil, a pinch of salt and lots of kneading by hand.
Oh yes, it’s same process in the making. 🙂
I’ve been drinking a lot more tea lately in the evening. I’ve got to try pairing it with some delicious bread – what a treat!
I try to drink a few cups of tea a day, white tea in the day time and a cup of caffeine-free at night. The bread is something I am trying my hand at making, so far so good.
