JF not sure what MARSA is but I would not request a flyby….wink wink 😉
Military Accepts Responsibility for Separation of Aircraft. It means the pilot has full responsibility for how close he flies to another airplane. With that, the tower is off the hook if the military aircraft bumps into something else in the sky. 🙂
