The weather in our little corner of the world has been well blah! So in lieu of new photos I have been noodling in pictures-past to fill in till Mister Sunshine shows back up. I found the following two I had taken with my old Vivitar 8300s. One is simple point and shoot shot for comparison of the size of the moth to its surroundings. The next is a macro which I think came out very well of the same moth. So here is two to compare. Enjoy!

I am a 57 year old guy who is asking questions about life like "what does it all mean?" and " how come hair will not grow on my head but grows real fast on my ears and back?" you know the deep stuff. I am married and have been for 26 years to the same wonderful woman( read into that: she puts up with me and I married up). I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for all. The rest I am still working on.

I am so glad that I can see this creature! is it Butterfly or another kind? I have never seen in my land, Jagged.
It is a moth, a relative of the butterfly. I do not know what kind it is and have search to find out but have had no success. All I know is that they normally only come out a night and rest like this one is doing during the day. Also this one is beautiful!
Do you have moths where you live?
