Since the rebirth of my PowerShot SX260 HS from its water grave I have decided to use it sparingly. While it rested on rice I used my repaired-by-me PowerShot G3 in its stead. In that week or so I started to realized how truly awesome this little camera was and still is. So here is a little four megapixel love. Enjoy!
This more than likely will be the last of the Chicory plant blooms for the year. This one was taken on our place this Sunday past. The leaves of a soon to be sleeping tree adore a good size rock. This was taken this past Saturday.
I am a 61 year old guy who is asking questions about life like "what does it all mean?" and " how come hair will not grow on my head but grows real fast on my ears and back?" you know the deep stuff. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for all. The rest I am still working on.

Jagged Man, the chicory photo is outrageous, the colors are divine, love the stratification (I think that’s what it’s called in the rock and the contrast of the gray and yellow.
You know there are not a lot of blue flowers here in the Commonwealth but I seem to be drawn to them when I find them. They also seem to photograph well as compared to reds and some purples.
Thanks for stopping by and the kind words.

Thank you! I love looking at and photographing Chicory and I should since we have tons of them on our place!
Nice shots, I love the blue color!

As my old Photography teacher said ……. a box camera in the hands of a good photographer will take stunning photos. Well done.
Thank you very much. I am in the early stages of my journey and I feel I will enjoy photography as long as I can continue to learn.
I’m sure you will. There is always so much to learn about art/photography. Forgot to say how much I love your daffodils. Best wishes, Robert
