Two From The Day
I had an overdue project on our place to finish up and today was the day. Sunny though the wind was somewhat biting I got most of it done. I took a break and grabbed several shots before getting back at it. I am almost finished but need one thing from town to get it done. Now off to the store and back to finish up. Till then here is two from the day!

Honoring My Lady
Over the last several weeks The Bride has walked with me on a new journey. Due to the uncertainty, and the hazards, of my last job I took another job with less stress but more steps. Literally. I walk a lot! As my first day approached my Pops had a heart incident and spent the last several days in the hospital.Through it all The Bride was positive and calm.
Today I took a breath of a moment just for me and set out to get a few captures. As I walked about our place I took a picture that I think she would like and is a way of honoring my Lady.

Old Railroad Bridge
I had a chance to stop by my old stomping grounds today. It has been longer than I want to admit since I have spent any amount of time along the Mighty Ohio, and it felt as mystic as it did when I was younger. This old Railroad Bridge was one of the Bridges along the river that I marvel. The construction challenges of the time, late 1800’s I believe, was overcome by hard work and solid engineering that still stands till this day. As Winter approaches, and the green things go to sleep, I hope to capture more of these type of shots. Till then here is one of those old railroad bridges.
