Six Years Ago I Met WordPress
The fine folks here at WordPress told me it was six-years ago today I set up my first blog with them. Though it was days later till I made my first post I want to celebrate with you all. Here is that post on my old site Pondering Things and Taking Pictures.

I am reminded daily of this but some days I actually pay attention to the fact I am a rich man in many ways.Today is one of those days.

A Shout Out To Art: ArtGypsy Hodgenville, Ky
I may make this a regular, well as regular as I can, part of my place. Art and the creative mind is something I find fascinating. I grew up thinking oil paintings were the only true art but since then I have been blessed with being wrong about that. One such artist has a place not far from our place. The ArtGypsy has a unique and a varied approach to art and self-expression. If you are ever in Hodgenville, Ky stop by. Here is a photo I took of one of here exhibits before she opened her own place.
