This will be a my last post for a few days. I am going whitewater rafting this coming weekend. At first I was not going since I just simply could not afford it but a unanimous “sponsor” paid my way. This will be my first time whitewater rafting so I am looking forward to it and the break it will bring in my crazy little life.
I was talking to the owner of this beautiful rose at the time I was trying to frame the shot. Well though I missed it I still like it!AS I was waiting on a call back from the office I stopped for a break. This sweat bee came in and hung out with me for a while. I was alright with that as long as he was not trying to sting me! I love the multicolored patterns of its wings.This one is inspired by my friends Mike look at life, which happens to by his blogs’ title.

As I was taking this photo of Rose of Sharon I got a little surprise!
I am a 61 year old guy who is asking questions about life like "what does it all mean?" and " how come hair will not grow on my head but grows real fast on my ears and back?" you know the deep stuff. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for all. The rest I am still working on.

Great photos, John… Love that bumble bee and the little sweat bee … stunning. Glad you guys told me where you all are going on your breaks. I’m stuck here in this room for the duration…. but images of whitewater rafting and fishing on Lake Huron sould keep me with virtual breaks for my sanity…. one more month of summer and it’s gone… so make it great .
