I fell in love with this old Ford pickup truck’s contrasting color scheme. I for some reason found it fascinating but I still cannot put my finger on why. No matter why here are three of a very cool (to me at least) old Ford pickup.

I am a 61 year old guy who is asking questions about life like "what does it all mean?" and " how come hair will not grow on my head but grows real fast on my ears and back?" you know the deep stuff. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for all. The rest I am still working on.

That last shot is a great abstract pattern…
I loved everything about this truck from the flat dull black paint to the very bright and shining chrome. I also took time to edit the entry and now maybe the little header will be a little brighter and not so dull! I need an editor because I have such conflict with wanting to sharing and needing to polish my words… sigh. (Also I trust spell check a little too much).
I never could spell! But I got such high marks in English they had to pass me…..I’m still the worlds worse speller… I think, if you stop and think about your words….pick the words that have a tactile sensation… one word at a time. Just like you liked the design on that truck… design your words…one by one…how do they fit together, what do they say as you go about building your building, stone by stone. There’s a poem written from old letters about the settlers of this nation and there was a line in it that really blew me away… “They picked their words like nuggets for their shine!”…. one word at a time…the fewer the better. Each word is a world. Each word is a color. Do they help each other to say what you want to say. And just have fun with them… that;s the most important part … do they speak to someone else.
I agree with Snowbird about the abstract pattern. The effort that goes into restoring the cars must be incredible.
Yes a lot of effort goes into even the lest of these vehicles. I have helped repair a few wrecked vehicles over the years and can tell you it is work but very satisfying as well.
